Fees are based on a 30, 50, or 90 minute session. Visits are paid for at the time of service unless otherwise arranged with insurance verification. Most insurance plans are accepted.

NE 21st St. is a side street off of 116th NE. It is 0.2 miles south of Northup Way and a block north of Overlake Hospital 0.7 miles. The office is convenient to I-405 and SR 520.
